Opportunities to Serve
:: There are 5 specific Ministry Teams that provide excellent opportunities to serve sacrificially:
The Crew—transforms the cafeteria into sacred space where God dwells on the praise of His people. Set-up chairs, put out signs, and tear it all back down again after the Worship Gathering.
The Welcome Team—creates a warm and friendly environment where everyone is received and accepted with Christ’s love. If you have an outgoing personality and enjoy meeting new people.
Audio-Visual Team—presents a sound and visual experience to help us encounter God through singing, listening, and prayer. If you have the skills or interest to run the soundboard and MediaShout during the Worship Gathering each week, or you would like to work on one of the special video projects throughout the year.
Children's Ministry—helps kids engage God through story, song, crafts—while having a lot of fun together. If you love kids and want to help them grow in their relationship with God.
Table Team—prepares clean linens, fresh wine, and homemade bread each week for our Communion with God together at the Lord’s Table.
How do I know where to serve?
:: It can be tough to figure out how to serve and where to serve. You may feel unprepared or unqualified. Maybe you just don’t know where to start or what you have to contribute. First Serve is a hands-on, relational introduction to all 5 of our Sunday Ministry Teams. You’ll learn how each Team works and determine how God is calling you to serve.
