First Serve Opportunities
:: Jesus found ultimate joy in serving others and He wants us to experience the same. This is why we have created "First Serve Opportunities." They help you discover your God-given gifts and how you can put them to use in ministry at MESA. Simply search the opportunities below, pick a ministry you would like to try, and let us know. One of our team leaders will contact you and you'll be on your way to finding your ministry fit!

Current needs and opportunities include:

• Administration
  ::If you are organized and have time to help out around the MESA office with mailings or other administrative tasks, click [here].
   
• Audio/Visual
  :: The AV team runs the soundboard and MediaShout during the Worship Gathering each week. They also work on special video projects throughout the year. If you have skills or interest in this area, click [here].
   
• Children's Ministry
  :: MESA Kid's are a huge part of all things MESA. If you love kids and want to help them grow in their relationship with God, click [here].
   
• Set Up/Tear Down
  :: Turning a middle school cafeteria into a sacred worship space each Sunday is a joyful task. If you can help set-up chairs, put out signs, and tear it all back down again after the Worship Gathering, click [here].
   
• Hospitality
  :: This team takes meals to new moms and members who are sick. They make treats for the Worship Gathering and organize the Connections Lunches. To join them, click [here].
   
• Music
  :: If you have musical gifts and want more information about using them at MESA, click [here].
   
• Prayer
  :: We have two prayer teams at MESA: the intercessory team that meets before every Worship Gathering as well as once a week, and the prayer team that serves to pray for any physical, emotional, or spiritual need during Communion at the Worship Gathering each week. • Welcome
  :: Each week this team warmly welcomes every person that comes to the Worship Gathering. If you have an outgoing personality and enjoy meeting new people, click [here].
   
• Mercy
  :: MESA supports the Micah 6 food pantry by volunteering at the pantry and collecting monthly toiletry donations. To get involved, click [here].
   
• Creative Arts
  :: This team researches and compiles ideas and resources for the Worship Gathering. This includes things like: illustrations, video clips, photos, object lessons, and simple set designs. To learn more click [here].
