Vision & Belief
Our Vision
:: MESA exists to be an authentic New Testament community where everyone can experience the love of the Father, grow in a meaningful relationship with Jesus Christ and one another, and live the best possible life in the power of the Holy Spirit.
:: MESA is called to continue Jesus' ministry by becoming disciples who make disciples, leaders who raise up leaders, small groups that multiply small groups, and churches that plant churches, so that in Austin and beyond, everyone might know the one true God.
Our Beliefs
:: MESA upholds the faith that has been received and passed down by the historic Christian Church for centuries. A summary of our faith can be found in historic statements of the Church including the Apostles' Creed and the Anglican 39 Articles. At the same time, we engage a fresh and relevant expression of the Christian life and faith through our Values that connect us to Christ in community.
:: MESA is passionate about the Father's radical love for the world; we embrace (celebrate) Jesus Christ and the fullness of new and eternal life found in His sacrificial death and resurrection; we respond to the person and ministry of the Holy Spirit; and we are anchored in the Bible as the ultimate standard of life and faith.
